Rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy refers to an alloy made of ferrosilicon, calcium, magnesium, rare earth, etc. through melting configuration. It is a good nodulizer with strong deoxidation and desulfurization effects.
Rare earth ferro silicon magnesium nodulizer is mostly used in the production of ductile iron: after adding the FeSiMg nodulizer to molten iron treated with inoculant, the flake graphite will agglomerate into spherical graphite and keep it for a long time without deformation.
The strength of ductile iron is much higher than that of gray cast iron, and it has better toughness than malleable cast iron, while maintaining many advantages of gray cast iron.
We also supply cored wire nodulizer: rare earth ferro silicon magnesium alloy powder, or magnesium & iron powder is wrapped in a thin iron sheet, which can be easily, accurately and conveniently put into molten iron, which is very commonly used in many precision castings.

1. Rare earth ferrosilicon magnesium nodulizer turns flake graphite into spheroidal graphite, which significantly improves the strength of cast iron, and has the functions of degassing, desulfurization and deoxidation.
2. Nickel magnesium nodulizer is often used for the production of high nickel austenitic ductile iron.
3. Low aluminum nodulizer is used for castings that are prone to subcutaneous pore defects and castings that require low aluminum content in molten iron.
4. The nodulizer produced by pure Ce and pure La has less pure inclusions and round graphite balls after spheroidization.
5. The nodulizer produced by yttrium-based heavy rare earth is suitable for large section castings, delaying the spheroidizing recession and preventing the formation of massive graphite.
